Weirdest thing I encountered in East Asia? Probably the television shows. So according to the photos there are three competitors (all wearing costumes) and a muppet style host. They then decided on a kitten to compete with and are stood side by side next to a black man in a baseball uniform. Then the screen flashes “challenge!” The man intimidates the contestant until they ‘give up’ and offer him the kitten. I don’t understand if anything was won and it seems slightly weird . . . fun times
